Our service charge is 20 cents per square foot and we have a $90 minimum fee. Outside the Metro area may incur a mileage fee. Multiple units at one site qualify for a discount rate. Our process works through "Destructive Elimination" at the odor source and carries a 30 day guarantee*. * = If the odor source, for example pets or smokers are still on site, there may be a minimum charge for retreating before a new tennant occupies the residence.
